The Client undertakes to take care of the receipt and payment of the consignment containing the order approved by him. If the delivery or receipt of the product fails due to the fault of the Client, the Client shall reimburse the Service Provider for the additional costs arising from this.

    Comments and complaints about shipments:

If the Client experiences any damage or deviation, the forwarder is obliged to hand over the goods item-by-item at the request of the Client and to take a report on the spot. Such cases and any other observations (e.g. discrepancies between invoiced and delivered items, damaged goods in undamaged packaging, etc…) The Client must notify the Service Provider within 48 hours of receipt of the goods at the [email protected] e-mail address or by calling 0620/9323372 .
