What image formats do you accept?<\/strong><\/h2>

Primarily vector formats (e.g.: .cdr, .eps, .pdf, .ai), but if the material is not available in vector format, then bitmap formats (e.g.: .jpg, .png, .bmp, .gif, .psd).<\/p>

In the case of vector format \u2013 and .psd \u2013 please include the font or curve or rasterize the text.<\/p>

Do you accept Word documents?<\/strong><\/h2>

Yes, but it is worth noting that the quality of an image embedded in a document may be degraded. There can also be a problem with the font if you don’t have it, so it’s a good idea to include the font separately. Please also attach the original image, so the document will be used as a visual design and re-edited into a printable version based on the raw material.<\/p>

It is best to save a Word document in PDF format.<\/p>

Do I have to edit it if I want text for the image?<\/strong><\/h2>

You don’t need to edit it, it’s enough to send the original image with the text and a short description of the idea. In these and similar cases, we edit it and send you a visual design before we make the desired product.<\/p>

I don’t know if the size of the picture is good.<\/strong><\/h2>

Send us the info@poloforma.hu<\/a> to our address and what you would like the image to be printed on and in what size. We will respond within 1-2 hours at most to see if the size is right for printing.<\/p>

Can you improve and vectorize the graphics?<\/strong><\/h2>

It depends on the graphics, but in most cases, we can fix the graphics upgrading.<\/p>

Should I print the picture?<\/strong><\/h2>

You don’t have to. In all cases, we need the original digital image. Once printed and scanned back, the quality of the image will be reduced.<\/p>

Do you accept the old traditional paper picture?<\/strong><\/h2>

Yes, we can digitize paper images, books, notebooks, drawings, etc. in maximum A4 size.<\/p>

How do I send the picture and graphics to you?<\/strong><\/h2>

Sent to the info@poloforma.hu address or brought to the store on a data carrier. We have a memory card reader. We CANNOT transfer a picture from a mobile phone to our computer even with a data cable. Please send it by e-mail in advance. There is no Bluetooth.<\/p>

I don’t have my own picture or the option to get\/download the picture.<\/strong><\/h2>

We can also download an image from the Internet in the store, provided that it is not copyrighted.<\/p>

What is the preparation time of the products?<\/strong><\/h2>

It depends on the product, the technology used, the number of products and prints. Usually we can make a few T-shirt prints and mug prints in the store in 15-20 minutes. We can usually take orders of 10-20 pieces in 1 working day.<\/p>

How can I pay?<\/strong><\/h2>

You can pay in cash and by card in the shop, and you can also make a transfer.<\/p>

How do I get the product?<\/strong><\/h2>

The products can be picked up in the store at any time during opening hours. On request, we can post to any area of the country for a fee.<\/p>

What is a vector image?<\/strong><\/h2>

Vector graphics use geometric primitives (drawing elements) to draw an image. These elements can be points, lines, curves, and polygons.<\/p>

The advantage of a vector image is that it can be enlarged and the printed image remains sharp.<\/p>

What is a raster image?<\/strong><\/h2>

A raster image, also known as a bitmap image, is made up of pixels arranged in a matrix-like manner. The pixels that make up the rows and columns can be of different colors, and these points make up the drawing. An image made up of pixels is also called a bitmap in reference to the structure of the image, one of the most important properties of which is resolution. The quality of an image is determined by several resolution types at the same time.<\/p>

What resolution\/size of image is ideal?<\/strong><\/h2>

Images over 100-150 dpi, 600 x 800 images, 13×13 cm images can be enlarged without significant loss of quality. The quality of the image is also affected by the image format.<\/p>

What is the difference between RGB and CMYK?<\/strong><\/h2>

RGB is a light color, it is used by monitors and projectors. The three basic colors are: red, green, blue.<\/p>
